Our Business and Supply Chains

Harrow Man and Van provides transport, removal, and related logistical services. Our supply chains include vehicle hire and maintenance, fuel providers, equipment and packing material suppliers, facilities services, and recruitment partners. We recognise that risks may exist at multiple tiers of the supply chain, particularly where subcontracted labour or outsourced services are used.

We work to ensure that our partners share our commitment to lawful, fair, and safe working conditions and can demonstrate effective controls against modern slavery within their own operations and supply networks.

Where appropriate and proportionate to the risk, Harrow Man and Van conducts due diligence on existing and prospective suppliers. We encourage anyone working for or with Harrow Man and Van, including employees, agency workers, contractors, and suppliers, to raise concerns about possible modern slavery or unethical labour practices at the earliest opportunity.

Concerns can be reported to managers or senior management within the business. Reports can be made in confidence, and we will take all concerns seriously. We are committed to ensuring that no individual who raises a concern in good faith suffers any form of retaliation or disadvantage as a result of speaking up.

All reports will be reviewed and, where appropriate, investigated promptly and impartially. Where modern slavery is suspected or identified, we will take appropriate action, which may include notifying relevant authorities and cooperating fully with any external investigations.

Training and Awareness
